Creating relationships with small and local based suppliers is the core of our business.
We source from local farms. This lowers the carbon footprint & has positive environmental impacts as small farms tend to use less pesticides, rebuild crop and insect diversity & enrich the soil.
We source the freshest, local ingredients. Free of additives, colourants, hormones & GMOs, where possible.
